What people ask us most

Configurable product or custom development, timelines, support and multi-site operations.

  • NAVIA Suite
  • Software Factory
  • Multi-site operations
  1. What is NAVIA Suite?

NAVIA Suite is EXODO LATAM's own product line: eleven configurable products for service and queuing, healthcare, experience, voice, AI assistants, process automation, monitoring, integration, analytics and applied intelligence.

  2. What is Software Factory?

Software Factory is our custom development, integration and modernization line. It builds what a configurable product doesn't cover: processes specific to the organization, specific connectors, transactional portals and legacy system modernization.

  3. What's the difference between a configurable product and custom development?

A configurable product like those in NAVIA Suite already exists, is parameterized and goes into operation faster, with continuous product evolution and support. Custom development is designed and built specifically for your process: it takes more time and effort, but covers needs no standard product solves.

  4. Can I combine NAVIA Suite and Software Factory in the same project?

Yes, and it's the most common scenario. A NAVIA product is implemented as the base and Software Factory develops the integrations with core systems, specific automations or complementary modules the organization needs.

  5. Which countries does EXODO LATAM operate in?

Our operations are based in Colombia and we serve organizations across the rest of Latin America, remotely or on-site depending on the project's needs.

  6. What kind of organizations do you serve?

We work with cooperatives, employee funds, family compensation funds, clinics and healthcare providers, municipal and public entities, educational institutions, structured law firms and mid-sized companies with multi-site operations.

  7. What does your work process look like?

We start with a technical assessment where we analyze your existing processes and systems. Then we structure a technical proposal with scope, architecture and phases. Implementation runs in stages with deliverables, quality testing and production support.

  8. Can you integrate with existing systems?

Yes. Integrating with ERPs, sector platforms, legacy systems and external services is a core part of our capabilities. We work with REST APIs, connectors and custom development depending on the organization's technical environment.

  9. How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope and complexity. An institutional portal can be ready in 6 to 12 weeks. A process automation project can be resolved in 4 to 8 weeks. Custom software or multi-system integration projects require longer phases. We define this in the technical proposal.

  10. Do you offer support after delivery?

Yes. We offer continuous support models, hour pools and maintenance to make sure solutions keep operating correctly and can evolve with the organization's needs.

  11. How do you manage roles and permissions in your solutions?

All our solutions are designed with a role and permission architecture matching the organization's structure. Users access only what corresponds to their position, site or department.

  12. Can you operate in organizations with multiple sites?

Yes. Multi-site operation is one of our main focuses. We design solutions with centralized management, consolidated reporting and differentiated operation per site or department.
